Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. \r\n<p>\r\nThis acquisition underscores Infomedia\u2019s strategy to broaden its global footprint through expanding its aftersales ecosystem in Europe, creating significant opportunities to accel-erate growth through cross-selling and innovation across both existing and new custom-ers.
