We were delighted to be part of the AUTOHAUS Summer Academy 2025 in Kitzbühel. The discussions made one thing very clear the strongest growth opportunities in the automotive industry lie in aftersales and used cars — areas that still don’t always get the attention they deserve. As Jürgen Stackmann aptly put it, “Hope is not a strategy.” Clear direction is essential.

This message was reinforced by representatives from VW, Renault, Škoda and Seat/Cupra, who emphasized that the future of aftersales can only be successful if manufacturers and dealers work closely together.
