We were delighted to be part of the Women Automotive Summit Europe 2025 in Ludwigsburg and to experience an inspiring day full of insights, meaningful connections and forward-looking perspectives. The Summit once again highlighted how diverse, data-driven and bold the automotive industry of tomorrow is and how powerful change becomes when people with conviction, courage and vision come together.

A special highlight was the keynote by Sophia Flörsch, who inspired with passion and authenticity to stay visible, challenge boundaries and confidently shape one’s own path. The discussions made it clear that true leadership means understanding customers, using data intelligently and creating genuine value a message powerfully reinforced by Joachim Langenwalter in his contribution.

In addition to inspiring panels, the Summit offered hands-on workshops on AI, leadership, change management and legal topics providing concrete skills for mastering transformation. The day concluded with the Women Automotive Awards, celebrating outstanding individuals and companies for their contributions to diversity, innovation and unity within the industry.

We sincerely thank all speakers, partners and participants for the open exchange, valuable insights and the shared conviction that visibility and diversity are not symbolic gestures but true competitive advantages for our industry.
